1a. Information You Enter Into Our Tools

When you use our calculators and trackers, you may enter personal data including your biological sex, age, body weight, height, and activity level. This data is processed entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript and is never transmitted to our servers. It exists only in your browser's local memory and, where the tool uses persistence features (such as the Fasting Timer and Water Tracker), in your browser's localStorage on your own device.

You can delete this locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for macroengine.app through your browser settings.

1b. Contact Form Submissions

If you submit a message through our Contact page, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add contact form submitters to marketing lists without explicit opt-in consent.

1c. Automatically Collected Data

Like most websites, our server may automatically collect certain technical data when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is collected in standard server access logs and is used for security monitoring, performance analysis, and troubleshooting purposes. We retain server logs for a maximum of 90 days.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

MacroEngine uses minimal cookies necessary for the operation of the Service. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking cookies without your consent. If Google AdSense advertising units are displayed on this site, Google may set cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy (available at policies.google.com/privacy). We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect information under our control against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

MacroEngine may utilize the following third-party services that have access to certain information:

  • Google AdSense: If advertising units are displayed, Google AdSense may use cookies and device identifiers to serve relevant advertisements. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. See Google's Privacy Policy and Ads Settings for more information.
  • Google Fonts: We load web fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address when serving font files. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
  • Web Hosting Provider (Hostinger): Our hosting provider processes server access logs as described above.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information promptly.
