These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MacroEngine website and tools (the "Service") located at macroengine.app, operated by MacroEngine ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

By accessing the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

MacroEngine provides a free, browser-based multi-tool fitness platform comprising a macro and calorie deficit calculator, an intermittent fasting timer, and a water intake tracker. The Service also includes educational articles and frequently asked questions related to nutrition, calorie management, and general fitness. All tools are provided free of charge with no account registration required.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial informational and educational purposes. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Use the Service for any commercial purpose, including reselling access to our tools or repackaging our content as your own.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of our Service.

The MacroEngine name, logo, and product names are trademarks of MacroEngine. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any trademark, trade name, or service mark of MacroEngine.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MACROENGINE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MacroEngine does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected; (c) the results obtained from the use of the tools will be accurate, complete, or reliable; or (d) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

The calorie calculations, macro targets, fasting guidance, and hydration recommendations generated by the Service are mathematical estimates based on generalized population-level formulas and are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. 7. Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MacroEngine and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. MacroEngine has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any third-party websites or services.

If the Service displays Google AdSense advertising units, those units are served by Google and governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. MacroEngine does not control the specific advertisements displayed and is not responsible for their content.

10. Modifications to the Service

MacroEngine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof), temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice to you. You agree that MacroEngine will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Health Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and MacroEngine with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Service.
